Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MY FAVOURITE THINGS knitwear, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Knitwear

  Carefully fold your items and place them in the original reusable packaging to ensure the delicate fibers are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
